What extra tracks are you referring to?
According to http://www.lukpac.org/~handmade/patio/bootlegs/counterfeits.html#crushallboxes,
there are two versions on CD with bonus tracks, and two on the first of them are officially released
(Ancient armaments & I don't wanna get drafted). A torrent containing those was quickly pulled for that reason.

I suppose the rehearsal tracks and/or the Beatles-covers would pass, but I don't have them.
Someone else, maybe.
