The audio section in this seed has been combined with the video from this torrent: http://www.zappateers.com/bb/viewtopic.php?p=100439 and is now available here: http://www.zappateers.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=11729
John Lennon and Yoko Ono join Frank Zappa and The Mothers
Live at the Fillmore East
New York City
June 1971
24 minutes
There was an earlier seed of this material with great video but lots of audio drop-outs.
This DVD has fair video but very good, complete audio.
This is a DVD transfer of a VHS tape I got from someone who claimed to be close to the master.
This is my first upload here -- hope I don't mess it up!

| So, who will join the audio of this with the video of the other one? |
I was alrady reaching for the software, but then I realized I can't handle another second of Yoko's screeming; she drives me insane.
As soon as I'd find a way to get rid of her I'd be ready to do it.
By that time I'm sure Unicrayon will be long done.

Yes, I know Yoko can get very annoying but I don't think you should mute her out. It would be like deleting Roy Estrada's "Gas Mask" vocals in the Baby Snakes movie because some people think that it is annoying. Yoko was big portion of this show and so was Roy Estrada with the "Gas Mask" vocals. No difference! _________________ Whoa! Tinsel Time!

After the year and years of hearing this I am so used to it that without Yoko it would lose something....
Actually the King Kong theme in this is one of my favourite versions and Yoko's vocals add a certain something to them.
That said she does over do it... a bit of restraint would have been more musical. Also she doesn't join in with everyone else in the band conducting bits which could have been cool (well better). But of course she was an artist rather than musician and I guess all of this annoyance of the years is part of the point of it.
